I began my surveying journey from an elective course in high school to graduate, to serving a four-year tour in the US Army Field Artillery in Germany with the 3rd Infantry Division and then to stateside with the 319th AFAR 82nd Airborne Division, leaving the service and continuing surveying in Charlotte, NC. Here I started my schooling to obtain a degree. Coming back to New Jersey, I continued my education graduating with a degree from NJIT in Land Surveying. Working with different companies assisted in learning about the many facets of Land Surveying, from a farm field to a completed subdivision, or a new high rise in NYC, to refurbishing an interior of a building or a topography for new roads or structures, has provided for many interesting projects. The past 40 years have provided a nice career in a great profession.
